While I love the city life, when choosing subject matter for my paintings, I return to my roots! I absolutely love to paint cows! Our family had a milk cow when I was a small child. I enjoyed the smooth cold drink at every meal. I, however, never learned to love buttermilk! "Daisy" is a domestic animal oil painting of a calf who was born on a farm in South Carolina. I fell in love with her at first site! I look forward to possibly painting her again!

"Caroline's Baby" is inspired by this precious baby calf who lived on a good friends dairy farm. The mixed media still life painting is created with graphite, pen, and watercolor. The painting is custom double matted with high quality white archival mat board , backed with foam core, and  ready for framing.
